In rare cases, banks may take up to 3 days to process an interbank transfer. If you have not received the money or only a part of it within this period - please create a PDF statement of your card for 3 days from the date of the payment and send it to the Support Team. You will also need to describe the situation in detail and specify the number and amount of the payment not received.
