Why did I not get a deposit?

Possible reasons for your deposit delay and what you can do about it.

There may have been a technical failure on the payment gateway side, so the funds were delayed on their side. If the money has not arrived within 20 minutes from the moment of depositing — please write about the situation to our Support Team.

For fast processing of the request, please prepare the payment receipt (or its screenshot) and the internal recharge number from the "Transaction History" section.
