If the funds have not been deposited on your account within 20 minutes after the card or wallet was debited, save the receipt (or make a screenshot of the receipt) from the bank application and attach it to the support chat with a description of the situation.
You can also find the number of the failed payment in the "Transaction History" section.
Note! If you had an active Deposit Bonus at the time of the deposit, the deposit will be transferred to the "Safe" section. In order to withdraw the deposit, you will need to win back the bonus or cancel it.
