To change your password, go to the "My Profile" section, then to "Security" and click on the "Change Password" button. Enter your old and new passwords and confirm the change.
If you can't log in to your profile, you can recover your password this way:
Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the site page and select "Forgot Password?". An email/SMS message will be sent to your email address/phone number. Enter the code in the text box below. If you don't receive the email within a minute, check your spam folder. The system will then prompt you to enter a new password.
If the email and phone number associated with your account are no longer valid — please contact our Support Team on the site to restore access.
